Was willing to give benefit of the doubt and exchange but oh wait, BestBuy only does 15 day exchanges, so if your responsible and buy gifts for kids early, your hosed when a product doesnt work. DO NOT BUY GIFTS FROM BESTBUY!!!!!!!!

Setting up the control was sort of a pain, but that was a BF thing, not an issue with this controller. If you play BF or a similar game that has jets or helicopters, this is a must have. You will fly much better vs. using the keyboard and mouse. It just takes a bit to get used to.
