Bought two of these and had one installed in my car and gave the other one to my son for his car. We both love them. Installation was professionally done and they work great. Upgraded the remotes for more options.

Every morning I click the starter and works every time no matter what part of the house I’m in. When I’m at work I can start my car from the breakroom and it works even if I can’t see my car. Very worth it

I have given this a 2 star. Not that I know anything about how the remote starter works. I purchased in on Black Friday. The earliest install was Jan. 2. Then I was told the installer was longer working there and I had to book another appointment, Feb. 13. They also wanted me to drive to the original location to pick up the part, over an hour away, to then drive in the opposite direction to get it installed. Finally they told me that they would make arrangements to have it transferred to the new location. I was told the install would take 3 hours, now they tell me it is an all day affair. Anyway, I might review again when I actually get the product.

Works great the only issue i had was when i would remote start and the pickup was locked it would automatically unlock once started but i took it back a few days later an it being under warranty the installer was able to program it to where once started the tuck would lock about 3 seconds after being started.

When I bought my car, it did not have a key fob so I have to lock and unlock my door with the key. After getting this upgraded remote start, I can now lock, unlock and start my car remotely. It is so convenient and easy to use!

Product works good. Using cars’ remote to turn on is a plus. The included remote a bonus and it has great range.

I wish the range for the remote as well as the app was better.

Its been over 2 years, coming up on 3 soon, and the remote start has still been one of the best purchases I've made in awhile! Thinking about getting one for my Uncle and my Grandparents soon (they have been jealous of my car since I got this product xD) Also the guy at Best buy who did the Install for me was super chill and I hope he's doing ok since I seen him last

Product works as described and my wife is very pleased with the remote starter. Installation took longer than I expected but the staff/workers were super nice and kept me informed. Over all great experience and good product.

The installation time was about an hour and they did an amazing job! The remote starter is awesome, it can start the car from farther than I thought! Great for these cold mornings!

Works well just like it states on the box. The installation was included in the price which helps. Its nice for my wife to have a warm car in the winter.

Im and older gent,Who has and older pickup.I wanted to have a fob that opens the doors and one that starts the engine,?Came into BestBy and Chris and Phil dialed me in after describing my needs.?They went over the various options i had,?And they had one that is perfect to my needs.One week later,They installed it in just a few hours.These guys are good.

If your looking for a simple system that just starts your car then this is the best product for you. It works amazingly. It just has one touch button and does what the old system does. The only thing is that if you want the feature to start it from your phone, it costs extra to have the feature. Other than that Viper is a great product to have
