Great purchase and not too expensive. I would purchase another one for other vehicles. The key fob it comes with isn't very good. Spend the extra money and purchase the upgraded fob.

I saw this on sale on thnxgvng so i went and got one. Installation took only a couple hours. Remote start works just fine, however the bluetooth remote option doesnt work well. only works when ur a few feet from the car which the cars own key fob could do. doesnt seem worth to buy this if not included with the install package coz its too expensive.

It's a lifesaver. No more getting in a freezing car. I park outside, so this is a blessing. The remote works very well. I start the car from inside the house about 5 minutes before I am ready to leave. The car is warm and the seat is heated. The installation team was wonderful and efficient. I love this product. Highly recommend

Love this car starter, perfect for those cold winter days or nights. And perfect for those hot scorching days when u need to cool the car off.

I called all over town and this was the most reasonable priced one i could find. So far the quality seems great! the person who installed it was very informative and excellent also. It also has a lifetime warranty!

I purchased a remarked start to be installed on my vehicle back in November. I was very excited to get the installation scheduled back in the beginning of December. A few hours or so prior to my scheduled appointment in the beginning of December, I received a call from the installer at the Moore, OK location saying that the prior appointment had been canceled and I could come early. I live around 25 minutes in the town over from the store location and told him that I would head that way. Minutes away from arriving to said appointment, I receive another call from the installer who explained that they didn't receive an additional part that they need to do the install and that he would need to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. I found this very frustrating given the fact that he called me to come to my appointment early for me to almost be there just to cancel the appointment; however, I asked when the next availability was and found the only availability that would work would be the day after Christmas (December 26). I left my family Christmas early to drive over an hour back to the more location to drop my vehicle off. After dropping my vehicle off, I got an Uber to return home as the installer mentioned it could take 4+ hours. When I was seconds away from arriving to my house I once again received a call from the installer saying the part that they had received didn't include everything they needed to perform the service and that they would have to reschedule me. I at this point had wasted a day of vacation, lost meaningful time with my family and wasted additional money with driving repeatedly back to the store location. At this point I request to be refunded to to the amount of my time wasted. I unfortunately can not review the actual product due to Best Buy's installers being absolutely horrendous. I HIGHLY recommended if you decide to purchase this item you do it anywhere except Best Buy. I reached out to customer service to inform them of the mismanagement of the installers and can't say I was pleased with them doing nothing except directing me to another customer service team.

Best thing since sliced bread. Only issue is the Viper key fob is absolute crap - but this unit is great.

Works great no issues. Cranks car like it should. Has decent range. Works great with factory car remote.

This was ordered as a gift for my daughter. She loves having a car starter and it is working great! The price and the ease of setting up the installation worked out so well for us!

Not as expensive as you would think and Geek Squad installed it in about an hour. Great range on the remote and the features in the app are awesome. You can set a schedule when you want your vehicle to start!
