I love the remote start so far. I had it installed at best buy for my 1999 Chevy Suburban. It works well and definitely serves its purpose for me.

Love the remote start. The button is easy to use.I would say the range is poor but can be upgraded. The button also does override the original key fob so I can’t unlock with the regular if remote started. It does have an app which is easy to use

I love this remote start. It works really well. I got installed at Best Buy in a day. I drop my car off at Best Buy at 1:30 and was ready by 5:00. I have had for 4 months now and I haven’t had an issue. It easy to use. And I got at a good price.

initially I bought the Viper DS4 for my wife. When going to get it installed, I learned that the installation did not include harnessing. Secondly, the only harness to buy required cutting the wire in my Rav 4, versus having an installation harness. Viper should look to standardizing the harness to ease installation and keeping your car without mods.

I love this! I installed it in my old 2015 Nissan car that did not have a remote start option. Now, early in the morning when I go to work, my car is warm and toasty. I've recommended it to my coworkers, and I am planning to get it installed for my mom's birthday.

I love the added feature of having the remote starter for my car. The app function is good when you’re close enough to use it. Which is my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The location on the app also doesn’t seem to update regularly either. When I used it just to see how it would work. It gave me the location my car was in the week before.

Great customer service. I got this remote starter as a present for my husband the technician was wonderful he show me which one to get and showed my husband all the features. The technician was very considerate of our time when estimating how long it would take. Moreover, I scheduled my appointment for Sunday, but he had an opening on Saturday and he was so kind , he called me to ask me if I wanted to come in earlier. Which I did. I am very pleased with the service and the product. My husband is very happy with his gift.

Got this for my wife’s car. She loves it. It works very well so far. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it briefly unlocks the doors for about 4-5 seconds when it starts the car, then re-locks it. It may just be a facet of using a product that isn’t made by the car manufacturer. Overall not a big deal as long as the car is in sight when you start it. Had no problems with the Best Buy installation. The time estimate was right on and the process was easy.
