Purchased a 2 year warranty through Geek Squad. Hope it last for a long time because I have less than a year left as far as paying my car off and I plan on keeping it for years to come. I currently drive a 2018 Honda Civic.

After taking a vacation after 10 months of install truck wont start battery is completely dead never had this issue before the install. Bought new battery for the truck. 4 days later battery dead again called geek squad too fix issue with install they told me didn't purchase warranty not our problem. So I have to burn fuel every two days and start the truck so the battery doesn't die will not buy this for any other car I own or have geeksquad do anything for install again. They have my money and don't care about the wear and tear and environmental impact of this issue has let alone my wallet for fuel. I traced the short down to the remote starter.

The product works well. It came with Geek Squad installation and Eric @ Saginaw Store is wonderful. He quickly setup my appointment and on the day of appointment the installation quick and he explained all features clearly. I recommend this product and Eric's Geek Squad installation at Saginaw, MI.
