Paired this item with SmartStart and so far works great. The remote it comes with is pretty slow at unlocking the doors though. After a remote start has been started it only allows me to use the viper remote to unlock my doors rendering my fast factory remote useless. Other than that I like the product.

Keeps car cool in Summer and Warm in the winter when leaving events or shopping! No problems. Love the phone feature and that my car keys works with turning the car on and off also.

Love this remote starter! My car is a Jeep Cherokee. Purchased this item online and received it the next day. Very easy to schedule an appointment online at Best Buy to get it installed - the hardest part was finding an available appointment at the store closest to me (waited about 1 month from purchase to installation). The install process was very easy - dropped off my car, took about 1.5 hours and when I picked it up, they showed me how to use it and I love it!

This is a great auto start. I This is my 2nd purchase of the viper model auto start. Very reliable.

One thing I hate about Texas is it's awful summerer time! I started hating leather interiors in my Mercedes car. I bought a non leather interior Toyota SUV and Viper remote start online from Best Buy. Scheduled installation which took 3-4 hours. After that I didn't have to worry about a hot car anymore. I start the vehicle 5 minutes before I get in summer time and vehicle is comfortable. This is the best feature in my car :) I will never ever buy any vehicle where remote start cannot be fitted.

Great product it was a gift for my wife. She is very happy going out to a warm car. The installation was excellent!

Works intermittently and not from very far distances. Have to use the remote for starting my car rather than the viper, remote, as the viper remote does not work.

Although technicians put enough time to install and no problem with the installation, however the product doesn’t work even It claim to have 150 feet of a range to operate through the mobile app but it it doesn’t work on with the 10 feet of a distance and the key fob programmed it often confuse, and that is like absolutely no way of knowing if the car has started or not Not happy

Good price but the product said if worked with my vehicle but when I had it installed the technician said I it wouldn’t work and I had to pay $100 more to get one to work.

Had this installed in my 2008 Acura TL and my wife loves it. Got the upgrades remote with it and it works like a champ with so many features. My wife's favourite feature is when the alarm responds when it starts to let you know it's started. Other remote starts would not have a chirp or feature that lets you know especially if you think it has started when your really out of range!
