I love this remote start. They value of this remote starter is tremendous when you factor in the included installation. The range is not amazing but if your looking to warm your car from your front door or apartment this should do the trick.

Bought this remote starter for my daughter, who is 17, for Christmas. Wanted her to be able to warm up her car at home, at school, or at work without having to dredge through the snow and cold. You may know how cold it can get it Chicagoland! Well she loves it! I had one given to me for Christmas about 3 years ago and I am so happy I have it too. I just had to buy her one. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a remote starter!

Starts well with key. The phone app function keeps giving error of hood not being closed even if standing right next to car.

I bought this for my husband during a Black Friday Sale at Best Buy. My husband loves it & its works exactly as expected. He can start his car from the key fob or through the Viper app. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the remote start in order to make it a little easier to get the car defrosted in the early mornings. It is a very basic system, but it does the job, and the installed price was very reasonable. It comes with a simple remote that has a good range, and as a bonus, it can be activated from a smart phone in Bluetooth range

The quality of customer support at Best Buy just downright awful. I purchased this as a Christmas gift, tried to schedule the install, was told that the store no longer has an install tech. I was then told I have to schedule an install with another store 45 miles away. Best Buy ordered the harness and scheduled the install which would be 2 months out. On the day of the install I was contacted and told the wrong harness was ordered, they would have to order the correct harness, and they cancelled the install. Was told it would be another 2 months. The unit itself might be good, don’t know, but I’m tired of wasting 4 months to find out. Do better Best Buy.

I’m not happy at all, the remote that came with it stopped working the next day after the starter was installed. My car only cranks with my own car remote.

The installation went smoothly and it seems to be working well so far. When using the bluetooth app you do have to be rather close to your vehicle but it is still a great backup to have in case you do not have your keys or fob.

Its a great option for an older car that could use a remote start. Its very easy to use and great to have in the winter months.
