The package was a reasonable deal for a quality product. The service from the employee who performed the installation was great. Overall, I'm satisfied right now, although it's only been about a week since the installation.

Overall, the remote starter function has been a great addition to our vehicle. I found it a little difficult to set up the app but the geek squad was very helpful in working with me to get my phone set up. Once you have one device set up, the pairing process is easy.

Within a year of having this installed it stopped working. My car will turn on for a short moment and then will turn off immediately after. For the first few months of having it, it worked pretty much flawlessly, but now that winter months are approaching and warming up the car would be preferred in the really cold mornings it is really inconvenient that I have to set up an appointment with Geeksquad to figure out the issue.

Installation was simple and the technician was pleasant and very helpful. Works with both our key fob and the fob they provided. Hooked up to our iPhones as well. Overall pretty pleased with the performance and ease of use so far. Would recommend.

I love my remote start, however, i will be purchasing the upgrade so that i can start my car from anywhere

Decent remote start for the money. Unfortunately, can’t start from phone with app unless you do $200 upgrade. So you have to be relatively close to start.

Easy product to use. Works well. Installation professionals provided excellent installation instructions and consumer use of fob and app use as well.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it, no more freezing or sweating her *** off when she enters her car and installation was quick and easy

The starter is great for our winters here in MN. We did not add the phone adapter.

I was excited about having a remote starter for my 2007 Ford F-150 King Ranch Truck and spent sometime deciding which one to get. I heard great things about the viper remote starter. I'm not sure what the issue is but sometimes when I start the truck up it turns off and restarts several times which I'm sure it should not do. When using the app I can select start and it says can't connect to the vehicle so naturally it should not start the vehicle, however it does start. The installer left a wire hanging from under the steering wheel as well. I traveled a long distance to have it installed due to long appointment wait times at a store closest to me, but I don't want to go back to that same location. I'm sure the system works well but I'm not confident in the installation and I now I'm leery of taking it back or bringing it to another location so they can fix what the other guy don't do correct. I disappointed because I have to take more time off in order for someone else to fix what should have been done right the first time.

Works great so far with my Toyota Camry. I can start the car from the remote that came with the starter or with from the remote on my keys that came with the car. One mistarted once so far.
