Easy to use and compact remote. Plus having the app is a huge plus and gets used the most when starting. No negatives at all I would recommend this to anyone

The tech said that I needed another part for the viper and it would cost more money. I switched to the compustar and saved about 50 bucks. This unit works just fine. Took 2.5 hrs to install.
