Can someone please tell me how to connect it with my app? Nothing I’m doing is working. I’m following the app instructions to connect it Bluetooth. It says it’s supposed to turn red first then blue. Mine never turns red. Someone help.

This product is great! It comes with an app that can lock/unlock the vehicle, start/stop vehicle. It was super handy when I accidently locked my keys in my truck, just pulled out the app and unlocked the truck!

Great for summer or winter, I remote start 5-7 minutes before I get in my car.

I previously had the Viper remote start on my F-150 and it worked great. So when I bought my new 4Runner I had planned to get remote start on my new vehicle. I went to the Best Buy store and asked specifically is this compatible with my new vehicle and they said yes. I wish I was told that yes the remote start can be installed however every time I opened the door my vehicle would shut off and I then hold have to restart. The remote start works it just annoying that I have to restart it a second time.

I absolutely love it! It’s going to make the early cold morning’s starting my truck not so bad anymore! I would highly recommend this product!

bought it for my daughter as a birthday gift she has a 1yr.old daughter and it works wonderful her vehicle is nice n toasty when they get in early in the morning where the snow is already melting off her windows which makes for easy exits especially living here in upstate new york

Great product. This is my third car that one has been installed. Definitely won’t use anything but Viper. Never had an issue!!!

Had Best Buy install this. It was a quick install. This kit allows me to use my vehicle’s (2015 Honda Odyssey) key fob. Press the lock button 3 times and it starts! Down side, once you open the door, the engine stops. Probably a built in safety, but its dumb.

The remote start is a life saver. It was installed in a diesel truck with a 15 sec delay that was just perfect. The mechanic who did the install was great, started on time and called when job was complete. I recommend the Viper remote start and Best Buy install mechanic.

I bought this for my girlfriends Honda Civic Sport 2018 and it says on the compatibility section through BB that it is compatible, however the box only lists models up to 2017. I think this is just an older product and it *should* fit most vehicles. We live in an area that wasn't doing the installation, so we took it to a mechanic and they needed adapters to install this. Adapters that were not in the box. All in all, it was a headache and we decided to return this starter. Great idea, poor execution. They need to release a newer model to ease any confusion, as well as some adapters for the cars that need them.
