Good basic remote starter. Limited distance for starting but that is what I was expecting from this unit. The only real downfall is the remote itself, it feels really cheaply made. So far though it does what it is supposed to do. For the price it was worth it.

I love the viper remote. My wife had one that worked great. So, we purchased this and then when we went to our appointment to have it installed they said they couldn't so we had to purchase a different brand.

I have had the same brand remote start in past vehicles and they have worked well. I expect the same from this one. Only down sides were waiting over 3 weeks to get it installed and the 4 hours it took to put it in.

I upgraded the fob but other than that it’s been great!

I ordered and paid for a remote automobile starter for my husband's birthday. I'm in Florida, he's in Michigan and everything went extremely smoothly. He's very hard to buy for, or surprise. Thanks Best Buy for making it happen!

I wanted remote start for my Ford Escape and the Ford dealership charge around $500. This Viper Remote Start was priced right at nearly half the cost and works great with my already installed security alarm. I have no complaints

Works good, wish I spent a little more for a signal button as it does get a little loud when u have to hit it 3 times and your horn sounds off at 3am but works good

This product works great, comes In handy especially when it’s cold out. Haven’t had any issues and easy to install

The controller has good distance. Shuts off automatically. All functions work great. Only issue is the app. Won't connect to bluetooth unless your in close proximity and no objects obstruct the path.

After only 2 months the plastic loop that goes on key ring broke.

Be very aware that if installed incorrectly this will cause your car to glitch. I have not had this in my car for even 3 weeks! I have a push start engine. Princeton, NJ location incorrectly installed this causing my car to have every emergency light go off while driving! I was also unable to put my car in reverse or even turn it off without going to a mechanic to help me. They had to remove it before it cause anymore damage to my car. Worst driving experience of my life. If this happens to you while driving be careful! I turned my car off and back on and this caused me to be unable to go in reverse, park and have the ability to turn off my car. Learn where your emergency brake button is!
