Works Everytime fast professional installation with Best Buy....love it

Device installed on March 26th and less than 2 months later (May 11th) started having issues with my car. Car would not start so I called my insurance thinking it was my car battery, they confirmed it was not the battery but the starter that needed to be replaced which I did the following day. Less than a week later (May 18th) as I was driving on the beltway on a Saturday afternoon w/my 2 sons, all the lights turned on right before my car turned off on the highway. I was fortunate enough to be able to get to the shoulder quickly as I was on the far right lane, had I been on the far left lane it would've caused a major accident possibly killing my kids and I. After paying to have my car towed and sent back to the shop, for a 2nd time, they determined that this was an electrical issue caused by the VIPER installed and recommend that it be removed. It was a hassle to get Best Buy Store manager to agree to remove the device even after informing them of the negative reviews on the Best Buy store site pertaining to this device and what I had already been through. The manager did not want to hear about the reviews and suggested that the dealer had sold me a "lemon" instead of taking the time to read the reviews himself. My car was running perfectly fine until they installed the device, I've always kept up with maintenance plus had just passed inspection less than 2 weeks ago so it was obvious the issue was the device and not my car. In total I spent $1600 to fix my car and I've been trying to get a hold of a live person at Corporate HQ but all you get is sent to an overseas call center where you get bounced around. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!!!

Love this remote car starter. Took 2 hrs for installation. I thought it was gonna take longer. Even if I don't drive my car for the day I warm it up for a little while.

Everything is working fine, no issues whatsoever. Easy to use, from the app and from the Apple Watch!! I rarely use the actual restart viper button.

Being able to start the car remotely is very handy in bad weather. it has breathed new life into an old vehicle.

Product is great. The trick is getting it installed, I had an appointment on Sept 20th, then moved to the 26th then pushed to Oct 10th.

very easy to use and operate. i had Best Buy install it on my 2006 Ford F150 then when I sold they uninstalled and installed it my wifes 2017 Hyndai Elantra.

Great product and great value for the money car starts at least 1000 feet away wod recommend to anyone looking for a remote start.

I was 30min late and they still took me I was very pleased with this and the person who took care of my remote start installation was very professional

Allows my car to start up for work in case I’m running late, and if I ever forget my keys in the house to get something the app allows me to unlock and relock the car

Got this for my mom for last Christmas and she loves it! Can start her car inside the house so it’s nice and warm when she goes out!

Great product for someone who frequently locks her keys inside the car. It’s also great cause I can start my car from inside work!

Unit works good but the store that sells these needs to disclose you have to have an authorized dealer install the unit.
