Great unit but came with dead remote battery

Good product, poor installation

We had to go back because the wires were left too long and the glove compartment could not close once it was open. I was having trouble with the automatic starter and had to go to another Best Buy for them to correct the first installation and made it finally work properly. It should have been done right the first time.

Excellent remote start, easy to operate

Work's well but could use a better remote

I now have to lock the truck myself and it will only unlock if I use the remote starter feature, which has a 30 second delay because I have a diesel. SO I am left standing outside my vehicle until it unlocks. I would probably recommend another brand with a better remote.
