I had the product for less than four hours and the glass shelf shattered all over my food. The store didn’t offer me reimbursement. However, I had a new one delivered within a week. So far everything works well.

Not cold enough.

I bought the 17 Cu Ft unit to use as a refrigerator. The lowest refrigerator setting is 35 degrees. To test the internal temperature, while set on 35, I put two thermometers inside. One on the top shelf and one on the bottom. Each one reads 38 degrees after leaving the refrigerator door closed overnight, which is not cold enough IMHO. I would recommend as a freezer, but not as a refrigerator.

I live in Austin, Texas and found what I wanted in Victoria, Texas. I decided to pick it up there. The order was ready for me when I arrived at Best Buy in Victoria. It only took about 15 minutes to have it loaded into my truck! The sale was quick and efficient from beginning to end and I love my convertible freezer/refrigerator! Thank you, Best Buy!

I have only used it in freezer mode but I enjoy the convenience of this upright freezer instead of a chest freezer. Its great and the quick freeze feature is a welcomed surprise. There is lots of room for storage.
