We only had 1 frozen pizza on it. so it was not caused by the weight on the shelf. Due to lack of inventory they have not been able to replace the freezer since this was a manufacture problem.

The product was damaged when I received it and it has taken 3 phone calls over 2 weeks and still no confirmation on replacement. The delivery team said someone would be calling in 24 hours and no such luck. I have called 3 times and each time there is a new excuse. This is a big fail Best Buy!!
