I am reviewing Insignia™ - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezer with ENERGY STAR Certification - White. I am giving a 4-star review although the freezer stopped working right before its 1-year warranty ran out. BB has scheduled to pick it up and offered me a replacement or money back. I am going to get another Insignia that is a bit larger capacity and will also purchase an extended service package. While the freezer worked it was pretty perfect. Temp was right on 0 degrees, light on outside of the door told us the electricity was on, lots of storage with heavy duty shelving and nice on-door racks. Odds are the next one will last longer.

This is a great appliance - it can be a fridge or a freezer. I like the size and ease of use. Working great. Delivery was wonderful and easy and safe! Great job!

The freezer works well. A good amount of space. Cools quickly and very quiet. I wish you could change the shelf layout more but otherwise it’s great. The only negative I have and nothing to do with the unit is that it came with a scratch on the front.

I have done business with Best Buy for many years and I will continue to do business with them. I have never had any problems they've always been kind and courteous. I also love the freezer that I just purchased.

It runs very quietly. It is nice inside and outside. We keep it inside the house and it fits in well with our kitchen. We use it as a freezer. It's so easy to find what you are looking for compared to our old chest freezer.

I'm not sure if it's because of placement, but it's a little hard to open the door most of the time. Other than that it's exactly what it's described as and works fantastically!

We bought two of these to replace one old extra refrigerator/freezer. The size is perfect for what we needed. We use one as a freezer and one as a refrigerator. Work great so far and run gery quietly.

Excellent must have appliance Upright Freezer. Perfect Size to arrange food properly. Very Bright inside Light. Lots of room for storage frozen food and drinks. Good Price.

This is a great medium size freezer, and I appreciate not having to reach down into a chest freezer. I like the option of it being a refrigerator as well. There is plenty of room.

It has a nice amount of space and Works well and at a good price point.

I’m really happy with my new Insignia™ 13.8 cu ft Garage Ready Convertible Freezer. It’s been awesome so far. It cools super fast, keeps everything frozen solid, and handles the temperature changes in my garage without any issues. The stainless steel looks great, and the freezer feels sturdy and well-built. There’s tons of space inside, and the shelves make it easy to keep things organized instead of piling everything on top of each other like my old freezer. One of my favorite things is that it’s ENERGY STAR certified — I’ve definitely noticed it’s not using a ton of electricity. And the fact that I can switch it from freezer to fridge if I ever need to is a huge bonus. It also runs really quietly, which I appreciate since it’s not far from the door to my house. Overall, this freezer has been perfect for extra storage. Super happy with the purchase!

Nice size for 2 to four. Door seals very tight. Very well lit interior. Like the ability to convert to refrigerator. Maintains freezer temp at -17 degrees F when set at lowest temp.

Excellent price on this freezer. Spacious and like the digital screen on the door that tells temp and other things. Added an extra 3 year warranty at an excellent price as well

I love this product. When I bought it, I read reviews that made me rethink the purchase. Someone said that a power outage would cause it to lose the freezer or refrigerator lock settings. I have had so many power outages and I’ve never had a problem with it switching. I also changed the settings from freezer to fridge and fridge to freezer to check to see if it would lose the setting and it did not (I caused my breaker to trip to check it). It cools properly and is spacious enough for my needs. I have been using it as a fridge since the time of purchase. My door handle does get a bit loose after extended usage, but it’s an easy fix. I just tighten it and it’s good. At one point, I did have to clean water from the back of the fridge that leaked. It does tend to get hot on the side, but I was told that was normal. It gets hot, but cools down without creating problems. I haven’t had any other issues.

I love the ability to make it a fridge or a freezer. Love all the extra storage we have now with the freezer option.

Works great, nice size for an extra fridge. Love the little jingle noise it makes when you open it.

So far so good. Using it in freezer mode with no issues so far, it's fairly quiet even with the compressor running and freezes items quickly. The freezer is gonna slide when opening the door with nothing inside due to the heavy suction in freezer mode. Adjusting the legs won't do anything, you need to add weight/food and the sliding will stop.

This is a great secondary fridge or freezer. I use this as additional storage for bulk items and beverages. I have two one as a fridge and the other as freezer.
