So far everything works as it should. The spacing inside the freezer shelves. I also appreciate the feature that it can work as a refrigerator or freezer for now I am using it as a freezer and it works perfectly.

I just love my freezer best purchase ever. It is nice to be able to see everything instead of bending over in my old freezer.

We are enjoying our new upright Freezer and couldn't be happier. It's the right size and keeps everything very cold and frozen.

Excellent freezer! Our former one had not been working well because of a buildup of frost. The size made it a very intimidating job to maintain. This new Insignia is such a better design and so much better organized! The Energy Star rating is excellent, so we know we will be saving money, and our food is recognizable! We are very happy with this purchase! the door does lock on closing it - a new feature on all of the newer models, but I understand the logic, and can live with it. I will get used to holding it open while I load my groceries, or wait the 2-3 minutes between opening it for the next batch - not a big deal for the safety issue, particularly since I now have a granddaughter who is a toddler :) The fact that it can be a refrigerator when we decide to downsize and no longer need it as a spare freezer is a definite plus!

Very happy with this purchase and with Best Buy's support. We initially purchased a larger version that did not fit appropriately. They replaced it with this one which was a perfect fit. It gets cold very quickly, has a chime if the door is left open and is everything we wanted.

Purchased freezer, Great size and price, perfect for our garage

Bought to replace and older freezer we had. This freezer seals well and is much more energy efficient and the perfect size for us. Nice feature that it can be used as a freezer or refrigerator.

I bought this freezer after getting fed up with years of "losing" things at the bottom of our chest freezer. This has a comparable size to our chest freezer, but it is so lovely to see everything nicely organized inside! Delivery was super fast and they brought it to where we wanted it in our garage. We have only had this freezer for a couple of weeks, but it is working great so far.

I like this unit very much, we were able to use one as a freezer and one as a refrigerator and have had them a few months now with no problems. I love the space between shelves, the drawer on the bottom and being able to store smaller items on the door for easy access.

The refrigerator works very well. It is spacious and bright, We are using it as a second refrigerator. There is only one crisper for fruits, veggies, cheese and meats. It would be nice to have two smaller separate ones but we make it work. All in all I recommend it.

We needed a freezer fast, when our (full of food) freezer quit working, over the July 4th weekend. Late that night, I was able to locate this freezer and purchase it online and was able to pick it up at the Best Buy warehouse the next day. Set up was easy and the freezer works great! I love the shelves and the room in the spaces on the door. I would recommend this product, with no reservations.

This freezer is switchable to fridge with just a click of the button. It is a good size freezer and has lots of room to freeze all our frozen foods. It comes on 2 wheels and rolls easily. It has a lock to keep kids from opening and closing the door. We don't recommend putting it in garage due to changes in extreme temperatures. The garage gets very hot in summer and the compressor runs longer periods of time. In the winter, the freezing temperatures don't help the companies components to work well. Keep freezer inside the house.

We have had our freezer for about a month and it is very good so far. I have some concern about the glass shelves shattering like other reviews I have seen but they have held up thus far. Idk if other people have difficulty opening the door, it can be very hard to open and i feel like I am shaking the whole freezer

Great freezer, not too big and not too small. It’s an economical basement footprint that keeps plenty of food easily available. I also appreciate the door display. This unit runs very quiet.

We ordered this freezer from Best Buy and it was delivered within a week with no damage and so far it is working great. Plenty of room and fits great in our basement.
