Excellent freezer. Keeps things super cold. Would definitely recommend.

We are using this item as a freezer as we like to buy in bulk. The freezer works perfectly and have had no problem with functionality -- it works just as described and expected. The reason I have given this product 4-stars is because it came with 2 broken shelves that my partner had to fix which, thank goodness he was able to but certainly should not have been necessary for a brand-new product that we had to wait a month for delivery on. NOTE -- The broken shelves had nothing to do with delivery as the young men that delivered it took it out of the box and took the plastic wrap off of it in front of us in our driveway therefore one can reasonably assume the damage was sustained at some point before it was given to the delivery people. I would recommend that anyone that purchases this product checks for any damage as soon as it is off the truck or at very least, before the delivery people leave because I discovered that it is much more of a hassle than it is worth to try to return the item, seeing as it weighs 80+lbs, once the delivery folks are gone.

Fantastic unit. I use it as a freezer. Works well & have not had an issue with it at all. Good amount of space & doesn’t make too much noise.

Bought it as a garage freezer! It’s one of the few is available online due to pandemic, but it’s a quality built upright freezer. It’s super quiet!! Tested out the temperature range with my thermometer and it’s around +/- 3F. Very satisfied. Hi Very easy to add a few organizing bins and racks.

Great freezer with option to convert to refrigerator. The storage is more than adequate for the small size I purchased. I appreciate the digital control and display on the outside of the door. The door alarm is a plus. I am very happy with the purchase.

The freezer if exactly what I expected and wanted. The delivery was so easy because the man who delivered the freezer was kind and helpful doing whatever needed to be done to set it up just right. Thank you for the service or ordering on line and receiving it in my home so quickly.

We love our new freezer so much! It has lots of storage space and we love the frost free design. It’s quiet when running, and has a nice display on the front. It cools down pretty quickly and overall is just a very nice freezer.

Perfect size. Love it. The color, the price, the size. The only thing I'm disappointed with, is it doesn't alert you when you've left the door ajar. And you have to make sure the door is shut. You can't just quickly shut it.

So far this freezer is great. It was delivered the day after we bought it and so far it has worked great. It has lots of room on the shelves and on the door and the bright light makes it easy to find things in the freezer. We highly recommend this freezer.

This upright freezer has exceeded my expectations. Works perfectly well in our attached garage, taking up little space. Very cold and frost free. We do use it as a freezer. Uprights are the way to go with enhanced freezer capability, and this Insignia has performed exactly as advertised.

What I liked about this purchase , I did not have to go into the store. My current freezer was failing and I called the store talked to John. He sent me a link to review the freezer, I ordered and it was delivered in three days. Correct size and a little larger. Price was good. So was customer service .

This Insignia 13.8 cu. ft. Garage ready convertible upright freezer is the best thing that has happened to my family in recent times as we are totally in love with it. It has a large storage capacity that is just ideal for my family and saves one the stress of looking for stuff in it when you urgently need to make use of it unlike the traditional deep/chest freezers that we've always been used to. This is largely due to the fact that the storage racks are well spaced out. It's absolutely beautiful l must confess and works/freezes perfectly well.

Have only used this as a refrigerator so far but the ability to swap between refrigeration and freezing is really good. The unit holds its programmed temp and quality seems good - no defects at time of install.

Freezer was a good deal, works great! It had more room than I expected, I guess I miscalculated what I needed. anyway, it was a pleasant bonus.

Works Great! I've been looking for a new standup freezer and this showed up on sale. It seems to be good quality and it has plenty of space for our stuff.

Having just a refrigerator with a small top freezer without shelves in my kitchen, I am absolutely loving this upright freezer which I put in my garage. It allows me to see what I have at a glance and be more organized, so I will no longer end up with old freezer burned food. It freezes everything super fast. I haven't tried it as a refrigerator yet. I am hoping that it will be just as good when using it that way.

I’ve had this for almost a month. It was easy to set up and install, we did it ourselves. We are using it as a freezer at the moment and it does it’s job. The shelves are perfect to display and store our frozen dinners, ice cream and other bulk items. You can adjust the shelves as needed to make things fit. No issues so far. We haven’t converted it to a fridge yet but it seems straight forward to do by just changing the temperature settings that are conveniently located on the front of the door. Satisfied with this purchase!

It cooled fast, it has a nice light inside, and the size is perfect for what I needed. I’m using it as a freezer and I’m very pleased! Plenty of space and looks really nice.

Love this. Bought one in the pandemic as a backup fridge until our freezer went out and was able to quickly save my food by converting this fridge to freeze by just pushing a setting. Missed my fridge so much I just bought a second one. Had one for 4 years it’s running great in my garage in Louisiana heat and also the door open alarm is nice and loud since I have 3 kids it comes in handy to hear asap if they don’t close the door all the way. A steal at this price

BOUGHT 2 OF THESE UPRIGHTS. Had to exchange the one we were using as a freezer since it was not freezing at 0 and -1 degrees. Once exchanged love them both. Exchange process was easy and was not given a hard time about it. The customer service was great. Probably should have gotten the bigger sizes but still hold a decent amount at this size. Using them in the garage.
