I bought the freezer, and it was delivered on time, but I found out quickly it was not keeping things frozen. After a call to customer service, they replaced the freezer and took the one that did not work with no fuss and in a very timely manner. They did not have the same one in white, so they gave me a stainless one, which works fine.

Performance as expected- no drama! Plug it in and get exactly what you expect- quick freezing. Looks good, no odd noises. As advertised. Adequate room for pandemic food storage. Very fair value for the $$$.

Exactly what I wanted. It is very roomy and holds a large quantity of drinks. (I wanted it mainly for canned and botted drinks). Keeps everything very cold.

This is an excellent freezer. I love that you can go back and forth. I have only used the freezer side so far but it is spacious and easy to get to everything. Love it!

Perfect size to replace old one. Lots of freezing space. We like that it can be a refrigerator also if necessary.

Easy to set up. Looks really nice. The inside is large enough for us. The shelves in the door are very helpful for easy to grab items like freeze pops and low enough for the kids to grab them. It beeps when you open it and let's you know it's not closed.

We use this as a refrigerator, in combination with a chest freezer, in our 50's era kitchen (which is too small for today's mega-fridges). We replaced a slightly larger, fancier Whirlpool refrigerator-only which had broken down and was non-repairable at 4 years. While we miss the larger shelves on the Whirlpool's doors, this one is absolutely adequate - it forces us to think about what we currently have refrigerated and to consolidate more. We prefer some of the features of this unit, for example the temperature display and the warning beeps if we accidentally left the door ajar.

I would have given 4-1/2 Stars if I could. Only a couple of design issues (listed towards the end). I've been using the freezer for more than a month and a half and monitoring it during that time. No performance issues at all. Runs between 0 and -4 degrees when set at "00". Plenty of room inside and in the door. So Happy that I will not have to manually defrost the freezer anymore. It would be nice if they incorporated a temperature sensor so that at a glance you could see the internal temperature so that if there is an issue you will know it before it's too late. This is true for all cooling equipment but unfortunately very few have this feature. The display on the door is only for the temperature you set it at and it will disappear after a couple minutes. If you decide to use this unit as a refrigerator (simple to switch) and the power goes out, when the power comes back on it defaults back to a freezer and you will need to manually switch it back to refrigerator or end up with frozen food! If they would update the unit to fix these two issues, it would be a 5+ rating.

Works great, delivery was on time as promised. Easy to see whats inside with glass shelfs and light.

Bought this freezer to replace an aging freezer (17 years old) that was having trouble staying cold and running continuously. This one seems to be working just fine. Really like that you can set the actual temp right on the front of the door instead of having to adjust some dial inside that just uses some arbitrary numbers to represent warmest to coldest. And it appears to maintain the temp that you set based upon the thermometer we keep in the freezer to verify the freezer temp. We set it at -10 degrees and it stays at that temp. Also like that is has a light inside unlike our previous freezer. The bin on the bottom is also great for frozen foods like vegetables that come in plastic bags and don't stack well on the shelves. Would have preferred a lower price, but freezers seem to be in high demand and short supply right now, so we felt lucky that this on was even in stock.

Fits nicely in our space. Quiet. I like the led lights.

Easy set up. Had it programmed in a jiffy and it was cooling in just a few hours. I will primarily use this as a freezer. This appliance doubles as BOTH a full-size stand-alone refrigerator AND freezer. Love that flexibility if needed.

I purchased this freezer after looking at many brands. It is a good size for an extra freezer. I like the digital temperature on the outside, and the ease of adjusting it. It seals really well and keeps the temperature perfectly.

When I bought this freezer, I had no idea it was a fridge too! Im using it for overflow of garden veggies. Its perfect.
