We needed a new freezer for our garage and this new Insignia 13.8 cubut ft Garage ready upright freezer fits our needs perfectly.

We bought this in March of 2021, we love it. We currently use it as a freezer, but it can be set as a refrigerator as well. We like it so much we are getting ready to order another one! We did add a separate thaw sensor to it because the door was left ajar a little once (human error) and no alarm went off and stuff did thaw out. It's price actually went down from when we first got it.

Love this freezer. Replaced a 20 year old Kenmore upright freezer that wasn't frost free. It was 12 Cubic feet. Bright Interior light and glass shelves are a huge improvement over our older freezer and larger in capacity. The only issue is that the plastic handle broke the 1st day of use once the freezer developed a sealed pressure from the cold. Emailed Insignia and they responded quickly, but didn't have the part. I made my own from a stainless steel handle I had from our kitchen remodel. All good now.

I love this freezer/fridge! Not only does it look great, its work well and is very quiet. The perfect size for a small family.

Freezer delivery was spot on. Delivery personel were friendly and considerate. Freezer started up and was operating at proper temperatures within 6 hrs. Before this freezer bought from a competitor after i got it in position plugged it in after setting for 2 hrs and it ran for 30sec. then had to remove and take bake for refund. Thank you.,

Bought as a housewarming gift for my sons first house. Perfect size.

So far the appliance is working great. The delivery was fine, except its dropped off and the go. You have to unbox it and hope its not damaged and its works. Unboxing this was a challenge. If this was delivered to a home that was not able to do this, it would have to sit there unboxed and not be able to use it or even find out if it works. Too soon to tell if I'd recommend it. Have not had it long enough.

Perfect! Love the size, it stands nicely in my garage. It freezes hard and fast. I'm very happy with this purchase. 100%. I love just knowing that i also have the option of using it as a refrigerator if need be.

Great freezer. Seals tight and holds temperature. Plenty of room

The freezer has worked very well and runs quietly. My only complaint is that the wheels do not lock the freezer in place and the entire freezer slides out over our wood floor every time I open the door (good seal on the door though). Best Buy sent people out to look at it and they said they could not fix this issue

Lots of space, pleasant design, energy efficient. This is a must have if you’re looking for a second Fridge and can be converted into a freezer at the touch of a button. Well worth the investment.

I already had one of these in white. We needed an extra "drinks" refrigerator for our large family. When Covid-19 hit, I wanted to get a stand alone freezer, but there were none to be found. Then I found this frig/freezer that was like our white one, but in stainless. I am very happy with it. This one has glass shelves while the white one has wire shelves. So we now use the stainless one as our new "Drinks" frig and the white one as the extra freezer. They both work great and are so convenient. We can store more freezer items during this difficult time. I am very happy with the purchase.
