It keeps everything frozen solid and because it is an upright, I can find things...no more mystery meat after years in the freezer. I can highly recommend this upright. And if you are trying to decide between a traditional freezer and an upright freezer, spend the extra for the upright. You will be glad you did.

Everything on all shelves and drawers stay frozen. Ours is in our garage. We live in Texas the heat index this week has been 112-115 degrees. The freezer has held up and everything has remained frozen solid. The air tight seal keeps the cold in and the heat out. This freezer converts to a refrigerator as well although I already have a fridge in the garage I have not used this function yet. The shelves are adjustable which makes it nice for preparing more space on a specific shelf if needed. I highly recommend this freezer.

My mind could not fathom equipment such as this one. It could just become a fridge or a freezer at a whim? Was this an abomination or a heavenly creature? I can say for sure that it keeps things cold whichever way you may have it, but it may be time before we see if this alters the future of mankind, good or bad.

Using it as a freezer in the garage. The second serves as a refrigerator in the house. I've never had any trouble with either. They do exactly what they are meant to do. Great product.

Love the fact that at any point in time I can switch it to be a fridge instead. That is what I call versatility! I would recommend this to anyone looking for more freezer or fridge space. Upright model means I can see everything easily. Very happy with the purchase, the price...and the delivery guys were awesome and very professional.
