We wanted an upright freezer so things wouldn't get buried in the bottom. This freezer fits the bill perfectly. It works great and the quality is good also. It has a really tight seal which is perfect for a freezer.

Great freezer, keeps food and is very quiet, would purchase again

Despite some misdirection at the store, the product we ended up with is much to our liking. As upright freezers were hard to come by during this pandemic, we called ahead to see if they had a freezer. They said that they did, a different model it's size than this and that it was a display model from the store. They went on to say that it might have some scratches and whatnot, but that it was wrapped in plastic and would be in the back of the store. Because it was a display model they couldn't do the transaction over the phone, but the girl said she would "call back there" and let them know to put our name on it. that, to us, indicated that she was in that same local store. however when we arrived, they did not recognize her name and said that she worked in a corporate location somewhere where they answer the phone. They called me back to look at the item, and much to my chagrin it was not wrapped in plastic and it had a huge dent in the top left side that just made it a deal-breaker for us The item was discounted because of that, but not enough to make up for the extremely cosmetically damaged unit. They had a different make and model of freezer, at full price. I thought it would be not much of a problem because both my wife and I are US veterans, but come to find out Best Buy offers no military discount. That again was disappointing. but when we brought the freezer that we purchased on, we were extremely happy with it and are still. Would we buy at Best buy again? considering all that happened at first, and no military discount, probably not. the two big box retail competitors both give us a 10% discount. So that's probably a deal breaker for us.

This freezer had glass shelves and bottom pill out drawer. Perfect size for a small family. It also runs very quietly.

Had it for a few weeks now, and works great so far. Was tired of having to dig through our decade old chest freezer, so got it to store meat and separate it from the veggies. Love the shelf space, better convenience of the stand up freezer, and that I can adjust temperature settings with the touch pad. Wouldn’t hesitate to get another one if needed.

My parents love their new freezer! It’s a great size, and the temperature settings are extremely cold.

I bought this freezer to store bait and ice for fishing. It brought the temperature down to 0° and I am completely satisfied with its performance. It looks good and is very quiet.

This freezer works amazingly and I am so happy, that I purchased it. The men who delivered the freezer were very nice and explained how to operate the freezer/refrigerator.

We needed a freezer in a hurry. Our old one died on a Saturday night. We purchased the Insignia on Sunday with Tuesday delivery. The temperature read-out, along with the other controls on the door make it easy to know where you stand. Our old unit was 13.7 so room-wise it handled all we have. Shelves are tempered glass and easy to clean. Very clean design all around.

great size plenty of food and I like that I can change it if ever needed to a refrigerator.

This is our first freezer and we are glad we chose this model, since the size was perfect for the location. The timing was great for the summer, since we were able to get ice cream and pizza in quantity. We also were able purchase and store frozen fruit in warehouse size bags, that we use often for smoothies. The free delivery was an important plus!

Perfect size!! Holds lots of frozen food which can be easily viewed and being so accessible I spend less time with door open… temperature maintained. Allows me to shop and store resulting in few grocery store visits and time for me!
