As expected, works as advertised. Shelves and bins makes for great storage.

It was tough installing the water line. I tried my hand at it and had to call a plumber to handle it after a leak started occurring less than a week after installation. The delivery went smoothly, and there is a large amount of packaging that comes with the fridge and needs to be removed prior to use.

So far so good. But they went cheep in the number of shelves and door pockets. At least one more self for both sides and one or two more door baskets

We purchased this November 2023. I am writing this in August 2024. Hindsight is always 20/20. I would not purchase this refrigerator at this price point as we have had multiple drawers break due to the cheap plastic parts holding them together. These are not covered under the one year warranty nor via Best Buy's Total Protection plan. In addition, it makes ice so slow that we still utilize a counter top ice maker to supplement (house of two adults to young children). Finally, we went counter depth which is smaller, but the overall storage is below my expectation. Please learn from our expensive mistake and do not purchase this!

Have had repair people out 3 times in a year since delivered. Water freezes up, so dispenser will not work and neither will ice.

We sent our Samsung back as it was useless and never made ice / kept temperature (known issues). Love the kitchen aid - ice all the time and Keeps at a constant temp

Purchased on May 15, 2021. Delivered on September 22, 2021 when our kitchen was ready. Called Best Buy by latter November because top part of freezer was not cooling and the ice maker failed. Best Buy denied extended warranty coverage even though the warranty purchased through Geek Squad started the date of delivery. Best Buy said Whirlpool exclusively is responsible for the first year. As it turns out, this scam gives BestBuy a free ride for the first year and 100% of the first year premium is cash profit. Had to wait about a month for Whirlpool factory service to come out. He diagnosed a defective control board and freezer fan. He put in an order for the parts but could not determine when the parts will be available. Indefinite waiting period for parts. So Whirlpool is selling products they know they can't service. Best Buy is taking money for warranty service they have no intention of performing. Spent 90+ minutes on the phone with Whirlpool. Long story short, if they cannot find the parts in 21 business days they will authorize a return. In the meantime, the consumer is stuck with a defective unit not fit for its intended purpose.

Do not buy the extended warranty plan from Bestbuy. Two weeks to schedule repair for no cool refrigerator 7 days before Christmas. Longest at Lowes for previous fridge was 48 hours. Spend more at Lowes for customer satisfaction Two week response is no warranty at all. $499 total scam. Refrigerators are only as good as the warranty. They all break.

The KitchenAid - 22.6 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator is working as it is designed to work. Disappointed men who delivered the refrigerator did not adjust the height of the refrigerator so it would fit in the hole in the cabinetry where the previous refrigerator fit. Best Buy was notified and workers will arrive by appointment tomorrow morning to adjust the height so the refrigerator will fit the cabinets, Saturday, March 27th. If the men who delivered the refrigerator had adjusted the cabinet so it would fit the time could have been saved.

Love this fridge. Stylish, roomy and lots of extras. I went from a 26 cuff to this 22 and I have more room.

This fridge is amazing. The amount of storage is fantastic! The LED lights on the inside really allow one to see everything clearly. The ice maker has been great so far. Our family uses a ton of ice and it has yet to run out.

Wonderful fridge, roomy and organized. After a decade of the french door fridge with the freezer drawer, this is a well loved upgrade

Everything is good, except it's smaller than I thought, I wish the salesman told me they had 2 sizes of the refrigerator so I could've chosen the bigger size than the one I bought. My question to you is...can I still be able to change to the bigger size than the one I bought? Thank you!

Very nice refrigerator. Very bright interior lighting. Most important it makes great crushed ice.

Poor quality , first refrigerator would not hold a consistent temperature , would be 50 one day then be 25 the next day never knew if thing were going to spoil or be frozen and draw bracket would not fit , second refrigerator , the doors are not installed square to the frame, Will see if the 3rd refrigerator will be any good
