Broke in less than 3 weeks

This freezer survived for less than 3 weeks before it failed and we lost 3 months of breast milk. The freezer was in the garage and we didn't take milk out to it everyday so by the time we realized it was no longer working, the milk was all ruined. Tried to get a refund due to the freezer failing after such a short time and was redirected by best buy support to multiple phone numbers, was put on hold 4 separate times, and eventually was told that I can have an in store appointment to troubleshoot it. No refund was given and all trust has been lost in this freezer so there is no way I would trust it again. Worst experience I have ever had with an appliance. Will be throwing this in the trash and finding another option.

It creates a gap with the freezer door. We just removed it from the freezer. Would I recommend it? If you can find something better, go with the other one.

I've had to turn it almost all the way up since I got it to be at the freezing point. I'm so tired of everything that's made nowadays being complete junk. We're not all millionaires that can afford to buy something new every week. Not really happy with it. Don't know why there are so many wonderful reviews.
