My concern about a chest freezer was it would be too deep and hard to reach things. No worries! I'm only 5' 4" and I can easily reach the bottom. We put the things we get out most often in the basket and on the side shelf. When our spare refrigerator dies we won't replace it. Our inside fridge and this freezer gives us plenty of space. It's in our basement but I've noticed when I'm down there it's very quiet. Great buy. Highly recommend!

Plug and play, leave the front dial set at the "recommended" setting and you're done. Very light weight, so it was super easy to move to its final destination in the house. Also like that it comes with the top basket for smaller items. Some other brands at big name stores don't include this and it's an extra charge.

So far working as expected. It cools good and very less noise.

Ive had many deep freezers this one has not left a bag taste to food at all even temperature settings pre set.
