BestBuy essential(ly) made a useless product. Mouse wouldn't connect, keyboard wouldn't connect. When it did, super unresponsive. Just a waste of time. Not worth it even at it's super low price. Pay a bit more and get a Microsoft or Logitech keyboard/mouse combo.

Make yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this product; it lasted three weeks working properly and then the keys started failing one after another; three weeks, just enough time for it to make it not returnable. Not working after three weeks, that's a real record!!!

It's going to be returned there's missing the mouse for some reason they sent me a returned one fair condition when that's not what I was trying to buy and it was missing the mouse it's kind of a third of it you need to receive your mouse and keyboard that's what the kid is

The keyboard is very nice and all of the keys feel nice. But the mouse is not good at all it feels very low quality and it does not fit very well in my hands. I would consider spending the extra $10 dollars and get something else.

In less than two months, the keyboard stopped responding consistently. I switched batteries yet the keyboard would miss every other letter I typed. Then out of nowhere it would work again then misbehave. I can't work from home with a malfunctioning keyboard! Of course, after 1 month this item cannot be returned... I immediately pulled out my 7 year old Logitech set which still works with no issues.

I like the the idea of wireless but the quality control is horrible. A couple keyboard keys and numbers already dont work and require an extreme amount of pressure to work.
