This oven almost burnt my house down. It overheated to the point that it burned my surrounding cabinets and the fan inside. Samsung came out to look at and it electrocuted the technician… and even after that Samsung refused to fix the issue, they rejected my claim… so now i have to get an attorney. The Samsung dishwasher is also a piece of crap and the Samsung microwave has already needed to be replaced because it was turning itself on. Samsung sells dangerous products that they don’t stand behind, frankly i don’t want to stand anywhere near them.

Range works fine. Difficult to turn on/off the timer, top is painted, is easily scratched, and hard to keep clean, bottom drawer doesn't fit most pans, its very small. Pro: brings water to boil very quickly on rapid bowl. Samung customer service is absolutely terrible- don't expect to get any support from them! Received three damaged ranges (from shipping), finally accepted the third one because I needed a range!

We bought this less than two years ago; all of a sudden, while the stoves in use, a crack appears on the surface? I don’t understand how this could’ve happened, not to mention how extremely unsafe I feel to use the stovetop near it in case there’s a spill. I have been a fan of Samsung for years, with their phones, kitchen appliances and media, but I’m very disappointed in this design. I do not believe it’s worth the price, I’ve never had a stove wear down this quickly.

Love it! This range is awesome. The air fry and convection bake all the difference. Crispy air fried wings to perfectly cooked prime rib with a crunchy herbed crust. Recommended to all.

I purchased this Oven in May 2025 from Best Buy. It was delivered on time however by November 2025 less than 6 months from purchase date the oven light stopped working. Best Buy refused to help. I don’t recommend purchasing from Best Buy. Poor customer service

I am an EXTREMELY loyal samsung customer. Ive either had a note or a galaxy phone for the past 7 or 8yrs. I have the smart hub fridge, a samsung tv in every room of my house and a samsung washer dryer set. I was so excited to purchase this oven only to be let down like never before. How samsung could produce this absolutely defective monstrosity is neglect/laziness on another level. The stovetop gets damaged like it cant take its own heat and gets worse after every use. I hope i maybe received a defective unit. I dont know how else to explain this much damage to a stovetop after only 3 months of use.

Stove is nice but was delivered with a pretty big dent in the back. My husband didn't want to mess with returning it because we had been without a stove for over a week already.

We have had this range four weeks and the finish has already come off the surface of the burners, I was super careful and used only the approved cleaners after reading the other reviews that mentioned this problem, but the stovetop still looks terrible.
I with I had listened to the others and bought a different range. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I used the Self Clean for the first time and the oven completely shut down. It won’t power on and the door is stuck shut. I looked it up and found out the fuse probably blew. I can’t believe this happened the first time I tried the feature. Sadly, it’s past the one-year warranty. Really disappointed in Samsung.

I bought this stove in the fall of 2021. In the past couple of months, the glass stove top randomly cracked by itself while I was cooking without anything hitting it or falling on it. I had purchased the 3-year Geek Squad protection plan, but they said they do not cover this type of repair. I do not see the point of the plan if they do not cover something like this that is a problem with the appliance.
