The printer is great, but the failure to included an AC cord is unforgivable.

Grat printer! A bit slow. The requiement to subscribe to HP Ink is just too much. I daresay HP Ink is a bad investment for most folks.

Great printing color quality is great prints fast and wireless is easy as pie

our last printer was an Epson and it gave us headaches from day 1 - so glad we replaced it with the HP 9015 - so easy to use and copies are clear and clean

Best option for the price and printing options like double side different type of paper. Perfect for our family with kids in elementary, middle school and high school.

I just wish it held more paper. The fax set up could be explained better in set up guide.

We have had a lot of printers over the years but this one was so easy to setup. Prints well and is nice to look at. We love couldn’t be happier.

I have had it only one month but replacing the prior printer was easy. This is perfect for my needs of mostly composing letters.

Printer replaced old 5 yr HP. Wanted one with UBS drive and this one is on the side. Setup was easy and has been working fine. Only challenge was fax setup which was separate and not part of the set up walkthrough.

My reason for giving this printer only 3 stars is because 2 printers malfunctioned after I bought them. This is my 3rd HP - Officejet Pro 9015e printer within a two months period. So far, this printer is working well. What surprised me is that the only ink to work with the new printer is what was supplied with my purchase. I was unable to use other ink so far. I'll see how this works out later. This printer is nice when it works!

This printer is a great replacement for my older HP printer. The printer is exactly what I needed. The price is a little high but that does not take away from quality merchandise.

Work fast. so far no issues. Compact for smaller spaces. WE are using for pictures as well as printing abd the quality is good

Very nice printer for home use. It is very lite, easy to set up and takes little space. Only draw is that it's a little noisy while printing.

Wanted an all in one printer and this was the best fit for my studio…love it and would recommend this to others.

I started working from my grandmother's house and needed a printer to use with my personal laptop. I have the model below this at home so I bought this thinking it would do the trick. It prints beautifully, Have not used the scanner or copier yet though. The only thing different between the two is the way the ink cartridges are inserted. This model is more like a spring-loaded mechanism whereas the cartridges simply snap in place on the older model.
