The product itself is very good, exactly what I wanted. I didn't like standing around for some time waiting for someone to attend me.

So far so good .. limited use at this point but should be picking up the tempo for reason I purchased this unit

Setup was difficult. Prints and scans great except scan to email and print from email, I have yet to master those functions. A good portion of the printer functions are unavailable without advanced help. This product is not very forgiving for the average user, but it is great if you have your computer wired to your printer and want to print and scan from that computer. I have yet to solve the email server interface problem on this printer.

Printer is wireless and easy to connect. Print is clear. Easy to scan a document to the computer to print. Ink plan is a plus.

Everything I’ve come to expect from HP printers. Fast, reliable, easy to use and maintain.

So far so good. I did have to have this replaced because the first one I received had something wrong with it. Best Buy was very good about the replacement. It was hassle free!!

Excellent print and scan capability, especially if you sign up for instant ink and HP +. Old software used for Officejet pro scan and fax can't be used with this printer, but HP Print app covers it.

This is a replacement for the same model 3 years earlier that finally gave out. Great printer for the money.

Owned a HP 8020 and upgraded to this printer. Great so far. Fast printing. Scanning process different than 8020 but works well.

Compact, fast printing and easy to set up. I would highly recommend this for a home office with not lots of room.

This was a like-for-like replacement for my existing printer which stopped working. I just recycled that printer (along with another older printer that I've had around the house) at Best Buy.

This HP replacement of a 8 yr. old HP. There too much plastic parts and confusion on settings...not in guide !!

My first HP printer lasted 9 years, so I only looked for HP. Best Buy had the item and the best price around so it was a no brainer. I have to ad that I ordered on line and I screwed up. It looked as if my first order did not connect. Yep - sent another order and it connected. Reviewed it a little later, I saw that I now had 2 printers coming my way. Tried, but too late, to delete the first one. Nope. Called BEST BUY who assured they would retrieve one without any expense to me. THAT'S REAL SERVICE!!!!! Love both HP and BEST BUY!!!

I purchased this printer to replace another HP. Great quality of documents. It was easy to install and operate, and not too large for the space beside my desk.

I really wanted to appreciate this printer, but it is extremely noisy and refuses to print unless all the cartridges contain ink—even if there is ink in the black cartridge.

Just what I was looking for. Love the size and easy functionality of this printer. I shopped around for a while and am pleased with this one.

Printer is good except it does not allow for scan to computer from printer for mac os.
