    Printer broke 2 months after my 2 year warranty expired. Geek Squad refused to service the printer, even though I pay for Best Buy Total Membership. When I called HP for tech support they told me I have to pay over $50 for trouble shooting and additional shipping costs, plus parts and labor expenses. I am very dissatisfied. My last HP printer worked for over 10 years.

    Relatively easy to install. Touch control panel is not easy to use nor are the controls organized logically. Feedback on ink status is probably useless. It just says that ink is low without telling you which cartridge needs replacing. When you open the door to change the ink supply, there are no blinking lights to say which one needs replacement.
