I am that unlucky customer

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had HP printers for decades, I'm a loyal customer, preferred HP to Epson, and did my homework on this purchase. The printer works just fine. The screen for things like changing the zoom is maybe less than user friendly, but I could clunk around and live with that. Unfortunately, we went to change one printer cartridge and the whole entire printing system quit working. Even worse, because we bought online, we are reduced to emailing HP, who mailed us one new cartridge every several days and instructed us to switch each one out before we can send the machine back for repair. So far we have spent over 8 hours googling, following online instructions, cleaning, etc., and are on Week 3 of this.

Great home printer for work

This isn’t the fastest and it certainly doesn’t compare to a big office type printer but it gets the job done. And so far I’ve had zero issues using it! It scans fairly quick and I can scan directly to my email. Definitely a good option for work or school work at home.

Good printer

Sometimes it smudges with Glossy Sticker Paper but everything else it handles it like a champ. I am talking regular paper all the way to cardstock 100 pounds which is the heaviest I have used on it.
