    Printing interruptions are a constant . The printer panel indicates the unit is connected to the Internet but I continue to receive the message indicating otherwise

    I bought this to replace a HP Officejet Pro 8620 at 3 times the cost of the 8620 and find it doesn't come close to the performance of the 8620. The paper tray doesn't hold as much paper, lacks a separation guide between 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 paper. The output tray is also inadequate for some jobs.

    Works great, except when it decides to kick itself off line for no apparent reason (wifi still solid). No info on how to rectify that, even re-booting doesn't always work. Frustrating.

    Needed a new printer, still learning all the features, so quick, copying looks as good as the original. Setup was fairly easy, had problems with setting up wirelessly. Look forward to using this printer for a long time. Last HP printer I purchased lasted a number of years compared to other brands I purchased
