Good quality, had a tough time setting up email

I needed a 2 sided scanner and this printer had what I needed. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that I was unable to set up scanning to my Gmail and the online customer service did not help, but I figured out an acceptable workaround.

Terrible Printer - Don't Buy

This printer has been problematic since day one. The driver just stops working from time to time, and I have to remove the printer drivers and reinstall them every month or so. Also, I don't understand why the company has to force the printer that you buy outright to go through their website to be able to do anything with it. I want to be able to use a printer that I buy without having to go online. The overall interface for this printer is terrible. This is the last HP printer I buy.

It scans great, handles multiple sizes of paper, and its Instant Ink abilities avoid the inevitable "out of ink" crisis in life! Highly recommend!

Love My Printer, Scanner, FAX

It replaced an HP that we’d owned for over 15 years. Decided to switch and take advantage of the monthly charges for ink supplies. Everything is good so far . . . The only adjustment I would make is the print tray could be longer to catch all the printed pages; it should extend a few more inches to make it perfect.
