GOOD PRINTER WHEN IT WORKS

None of them gave me a problem. I have had the printer for 3 weeks and I have had to call the Geek Squad 3 times and HP once to keep it working. It seems to have a problem staying connected to the Wi-Fi. Highly recommend an extended warranty.

Great printer

I've had it almost 2 years and haven't had a bit of trouble with it. Even the ink seems to last a really long time. I need to print a lot with my job and it's important for me to have a printer this dependable. Highly recommend.

Overstated specifications

This printer delivers 1-2 pages per minute in the real world (which is a lot lower than advertised in the HP specs), the ink requires drying time and is susceptible to water smudging (like most inkjet printers), and dense color images have visible striping. If image quality is not that important (like printing mostly text on a white background), no problem. But, if speed and image quality are more critical, laser printers are more reliable.
