Replaced my older printer with a newer model. Works fine but I feel that it may use more one than the older model. Good for a small home business.

The best printer I've owned! Prints copies quickly. I love all the features it came with. I didn't think I would care but I love the automatic paper feeder to make copies. Cell phones connect and print easily with this printer. I'm using the HP Instant Ink program and I really like the amount of ink that comes in the cartridges...it takes forever to run out!

Just set this up over the weekend-it was a simple process, and this unit is slightly smaller than the HP 8600 it replaced, so that's also a nice fit. Scanning and printing both work quite well. I haven't tried to send too many documents at the same time, but I like this unit. Recommended!

Great printer. Fast and quiet. My old printer was always running out of ink. I have not ran out on this one yet.

I LOVE this printer. Its fast and reliable. I also have a 8000 seroes at home and this is way faster. I did have an issue with the print head, but that was after I had printed 500 pages a month for almost a year. Even then, customer service was very helpful and shipped a new print head. Ink is very easy to replace, as was the print head.

This new printer is very easy to set up and use. Everything to work with is right up front and easy to access.

Purchased for my mom in-law after a small printer she was using jammed with cardstock and ultimately became trash. This printer can easily handle her cardstock and so far has worked flawlessly. I especially like that the printer will notify HP when it gets low on ink and HP will automatically ship ink to her so she always has ink on hand ( a separate service). Highly recommend this printer.

Replaced an older model which failed scanning. Works great as a home office printer. No problems, easy set up.

The driver install was a nightmare. It would NOT scan and the message said scanner not found. I uninstalled and re-installed three times. I was considering sending it back until I got online help. The tech took control and he was able to get it up and running, He was very patient, because it took him an hour to find the problem. There was a software issue imbedded in the driver which I downloaded from HP. I don't know if it affected others, but without the HP tech going DEEP into the system, it never would have worked. I do NOT like the fact that if only ONE ink cartridge runs out of ink, it will refuse to print at all. If you have to print something, and it's important, you will have to go to the store a buy a D*&*mn cartridge to finish your print. HP...you are alienating your customers with this feature. There is NO good reason to design a printer to do this, it just makes your customers angry with the inconvenience. Had I known this I probably would not have purchased this printer. My print jobs are too important to have to get up and go to a store so I can finish printing....especially when it's not even a color print and only needs to be printed with black ink.
