Rated 3 Stars because the Setup is AWFUL! and no USB direct to the computer (unless you ask, then have to purchase it. Fortunately, I had a USB cable from my HP 8610.) I need my printer to work when the WIFI goes down. Tried the Geek Squad recommendation it recognized but still could not complete Setup. setup. Had to call HP Tech Support who walked me thru directions and still could not complete Setup, it would not recognize the printer at all. They had to do remote Setup, which took 2.5 hrs. Finally worked. Another thing about the 9015e is the color copies and photos are not as brilliant as on the 9015, disappointing but acceptable. I would only recommend it because of the price, speed, and duplex capabilities but not if expecting high-quality color prints, or if you do not have patience for Setup

We purchased this on-line with curbside pick-up. There was a sale, $30 or so off original price. We have really liked it so far. Good quality printing, scanning works well. We are very happy for this price point. Of course it isn't the fastest in the world, or most quite, but I'd imagine it'd rank high when compared with this pricing category.

It was easier to set up the BlueTooth than I expected. We must have had a power outage cause all the lights were flashing. I pulled the plug, waited 1 minute and then plugged it in and the printer worked fine. Seems like a good printer.

Extremely pleased! I can copy, print from my phone, and scan. Worth the purchase. Wasn't too expensive.

Great Printer that said using each feature requires setting up an account for each. leaves you feeling nicked and dime to use your printer with out setup and password. this is ridiculous logic and i wished someone has written this to warn people of this minutia!!!

The printer was fairly easy to set up. The printer interface is an improvement over the earlier printer I had. It was easy to put the cartridges in. I would have preferred more choices of scan resolution for the document feeder. I liked the 200 dpi of my earlier printer.
