However, I like to be able to use eprint, just in case someone needs to print on my printer or send me something. I like the eprint better than a fax, because it is a lot clearer. Eprint is not available on this printer, which was a disappointment for me.

I had trouble setting up the wireless connection to my Network so I called the Geek Squad who spent two hours helping me set up the connection. They were very patient with this 85 year old woman but got me up and printing!

We were pleasantly surprised to find an updated version of the same high quality printer available. It is a VERY reliable home printer that meets ALL our business and personal needs with the quality of the output remaining the same. We couldn't be more pleased.

Prints amazingly fast and the colors are crisp and clean. I signed up for ink to be delivered to my house...We will have to wait and see how that pans out. Finally after three printers, I got one that is good.
