Had an LG all in one washer dryer for about 5 years. Although it had the advantage of washing and drying the clothes in the same unit, over time the unit required about an average of 3.5 to 4 hours to do one load. Also, the unit required replacement parts to the point it was unfixable. Bought the LG Wash tower after doing some homework. After two months of use, what a difference! One load can be washed and dried in under 2 hours. Plus you can stagger two loads at the same time. No more backup of clothes to be washed and less lint to clean and less water to drain. The unit is quiet and clothes come out clean and dry. Even though I have to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer compared to the all in one unit I had, the advantages of the LG Wash tower surpass the old unit. Centrally located controls with touchpad and flexibility are a plus over other stacked units. Dryer control settings are automatic and based on washer settings. So far, so good!

This thing has been amazing, zero issues, smart, quick and efficient. Being a tower, after I transfer to the dryer, I uust do a quick wipe down of the seal on the washer and leave the door cracked to let it dry out and have no issues with smell or mold. No leaks at all

I was a little worried about how this LG Washer and Dryer combo would handle blankets and how noisy it was, but everything went perfectly. We needed the extra space the washer and dryer created, and this is exactly what we needed. I haven't connected to Wi-Fi yet and really don't see how it makes sense in my daily life, but this product is perfect so far.

Recommended by a Sears repairman.It is easy to use even for an eighty+ year old man . They are very quiet . The washing machine is using a lot les water and the dryer has an energy saving option

So far, I love it. I have always wanted stackables for the space saving, but never could because I’m short and can’t see the dryer controls. Having the controls in the middle is a great idea. I’m very happy. It’s also very easy to use and works great. Clothes are fresh and clean.

My wife and I love how compact they are and yet hold lots of laundry. They actually hold more than our old washer and dryer that were stand alones. We bought them so we would have more room in our laundry room to put up a table.

This machine was bought at an outlet, aside from the cosmetic dings; this machine works as new! No problems have been had it operates smoothly.

Strong spin cycle leads to shorter drying times. Very compact and efficient unit. Would buy again.

Love the system. It even knows what settings to use on the dryer based on the wash you are about to move over. Great upgrade in washing volume from our last system, yet still only a couple inches larger in total size. Great investment! One issue we encountered upon delivery is that you will need a 4 man team if you have more than 1 flight of steps to take this up. they only sent 2 men and could not delivery the first two attempts. Additionally, make sure to measure all doorways that this machine will need to go through to reach its final destination. We didn't realize 1 doorway was 2 inches smaller than the rest, which meant we needed to remove a piece of the door jam to fit it through to its final home in our house.

Beautifully designed, quiet operation and pleasant notifications upon completion. Uplifted my laundry room and handles the endless tasks of continuous laundry of a sports active family of 5.

I love my new Washtower!! It handles big items and large loads like a champ! I especially enjoy having the Quick Wash with Power Wash. my clothes get nice and clean and the cycle is done in under 30 min!!

Easy to use washer dryer, touchscreen is very nice. I’ve used this setup for about a year now and have had no issues what so ever.

This machine is very quiet and fits well in my space. It has a lot of different options and is easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, about 30 days after delivery another reseller had the item discounted by approx $500, but the price match guarantee was expired. :(
