I wasn’t excited that I had to make an HP account in order to finish the set up, though. The printer does have several features my other printer didn’t have which made the purchase and the price doable.

A good printer for the price

I do like the automatic feed for copying several papers at one time and the return of the originals without opening the scanner lid. i didn't give it five stars because it was not easy to set up. it took a phone call and a tech 1 and 1/2 hours to get it setup. it works fine and I did avail myself of the instant ink program.

Home printer copier

My store rep was very helpful. This is not a defect of the printer but if you have iffy wifi it may take a few attempts to print from your phone. Overall very satisfied.

amaZing printer

Very easy to set-up. Plus you can print print from your phone with no hassle. The scanning feature is very clear, you can edit and trim scans. It also saved me a lot of money since i dont need to re-align it every time i use it, compared to the old epson printer

It was true love at first sight. Viola’. Everything worked perfectly. I would buy another one if I needed to. Easy to setup & Use. Very happy.

Use Google for support

Call store for help whoever is technically support didn't know much told me I had to make appointment bring it in. Googled it got what I needed right away. HP was also helpful. Best buy nothing. Good product bad Best Buy
