You have to press really hard on the keypad. Another thing is you have hot dog popcorn etc. at the top and big buttons however I think that the numbers should be at the top that's just my thing though. Once again it really bugs me that you have to press so hard on the keypad. There are other reviews mentioning this and I don't think I would buy it again just on that alone.

It brakes due to heat from stove. Now the microwave has no warranty and I'm force to buy another. This time I will get another GE, has better quality.
