First and foremost, before I praise how great this chair feels, make sure you look at the dimensions to be sure you can fit it where you want it. I didn’t and now the chair is in a room I didn’t plan for (check my photo). That being said, it’s a great product. I’ve only had it a short time, so I hope it continues to work as well as it currently does. I haven’t used all of the preset massage functions. I haven’t found one that uses the heat on the back rollers, yet. It’s easy to turn on the heat though. All of the customizable functions are easy to use. My only complaint is the chair doesn’t go back to its basic sitting position when you’re done. You have to hold the button to get it back to normal upright position. I haven’t read through all of the manual, though. It’s possible I missed something. The Bluetooth is easy to set up and the speakers sound good. The phone holder is not wide enough for my phone (iPhone 13 Max Pro). All in all , I’d recommend it to anyone considering buying one (as long as it fits).

Definitely wider than i expected installation crew had to squeeze it in so it scratched a bit but thats ok. Overal 8.9/10 ive tried a very expensive one that was 7000 and it was the best chair ever so for the price of 1300 this is the next best thing and the price is unbeatable.

If your on the fence on buying the chair and its on sale it, buy it. Gives good massages and has a wide range of variety. Bluetoothbis easy to pair and they are good speakers. It foed not make to mich noise when its giving you the massage. Everyone that I have let sit on it does not want to get up.

This is the first chair I have owned, but I have tried many, and I have not come across any better chairs at any price so far. Features and comfort are great. A minor niggle is a couple of controls, like heating is only available on the chair control unit, not the remote. I like the style but may not be everyone's cup of tea. Assembly was a breeze, only needed to attach the (awesome) foot massage section. If you get it at a sale it's unbelievable value

We love this massage chair , not just us the Homan in the house but also our cats. We also appreciate the Best buy personnel who delivered the items and helped us in setting it up. it is really huge , i had to hire strong man to help in moving it to another corner of our living room coz it blocks the TV view. Overall it's a good investment .

Great chair but not for tall people (over 6'). Bought this for my 5'7" wife and she loves it. Caught this on sale and it was a great price.

This is one of the best massage chairs I have ever sat in. There are so many different options for body massages to choose from, you won't be disappointed. You can even choose the chair to work on just one body part at a time or many. The sky is the limit. Each massage is 20 minutes, and it is so relaxing. It so relaxing that it put me to sleep each time. So when you have a long day at work, just sit and relax in this chair, and you can't go wrong.

This chair is the best purchase I’ve ever made! Whether I’m sore after work or from exercise or just need a stress reliever. It has tons of options and you can adjust the pressure and personalize the massage. I no longer have to keep taking pills for my aches and pains. Best purchase ever!

My husband brought me this for Christmas and this may be the best purchase ever made. Well worth the money that he paid. It has multiple settings, heat, and it even does your feet. The remote allows you to turn settings off like if you wouldn’t want it to do your arms or your legs so it’s nice that it’s customizable. I would absolutely purchase it again.

This is a great Massage chair for the money especially when on sale. It does not massage the neck that great but overall is a very relaxing massage chair with a lot of settings. The delivery was ok but the chair would not come thru the door and our door was 32". We took the door off and it barely fit thru. The delivery guys just left the chair on the porch. If your door is 34" it will be no problem.

Everyone who has tried the chair in my house has loved it. Multiple massage modes available, though in the several months I've had the chair, I've enjoyed the three I've tried so much that I'm not anxious to try them all. The bluetooth speakers are fine for streaming from my iPhone. My son-in-law enjoyed it so much today that, with the sale this weekend, he's ordering one of his own!

I have been eyeing this chair since I sat in one while my husband shopped around the store over two years ago. I couldn’t justify the price so I said farewell, but never forgot. I received an alert of the upcoming Black Friday deals and I couldn’t believe it when I saw the price of an upgraded model. I ran inside and told my husband and he said, “do it” and we picked it up the next day at the warehouse. The process was easy and everyone was so helpful and kind. I have now saved all my favorite settings, but I have yet to try them all. I do flip the padding over the chair as I require a lot more pressure and sometimes it’s still not enough. I am only 5’2” with a shorter torso so at times I have to manually adjust the shoulder height lower and lower. Overall though, best 40th birthday present to myself!

I bought this massage chair during Black Friday week and am very happy to have it! My wife, my two boys and myself enjoy the massage almost every day. Even my guests enjoy and relax when they come to our house. There are many options to choose and my favorite ones are full body, 3D and spine roll. After work, you just sit, relax and let the massage chair take care of your body especially back and neck. I would recommend this amazing massage chair to anyone!

Such a retreat to have a massage chair on-demand in home. Every home should come with one. Relax or need to fall asleep, this is the spot. Day or night. My cat and I think so. Only struggle has been the input controls. Does not have the most user friendly or accurate options.

amazing massage chair! it has so many features and you can also customize them. It lets you adjust the levels for the massage. And the foot massage is way better than any other massage i have had. also it massages your neck gently but plus the air massage it really huts the right spots where stress generally concentrate. I bought it and everybody in my fsmily comes to visit me and try the chair and they fall asleep haha its so funny but that means it WORKS

My wife and I had been looking for a massage chair for awhile now. We stubbled upon the insignia on a Black Friday deal. It was Well worth the money. The massages this chair gives are amazing. I would definitely buy another. *Note* The packaging is definitely big and heavy. We had to take the chair out of its packaging in our front yard to be able to get in the front door. Will definitely take 2-3 people and a dolly to maneuver off your truck and inside your home.
