Very annoying. The manual was not much use in that situation.

Very quiet cycles, well balanced for heavy loads and clothes come out smelling and looking fresh and clean. Excellent communication by Best Buy about delivery process and schedule.

Easy to set up with excellent instructions. Coming from a front loader is a slight learning curve but the instructions were very helpful. So far, doing a very good job washing clothes.

So far it has performed very well and doesn't take as much time or water to clean our clothes. We would buy this washer again.

Best Buy all the way around!

So I can only report that the machine is as consumer reports rated top 3 of all they tried. We use it five days a week and it replaced our 17 yrs. Old Kenmore Oasis Elite. Feel elegant and is EZ to use.
