Nice washer. Takes some learning to get use to controls. When I first got it, it smelled like some one had already used it, the water discharge hose connection plug was missing. The washer works great. My old WP washer and dryer did great job for long time and they were heavily used, hope these can live up to it.

WARNING Do not buy this machine. Model # WTW8127LC Whirlpool HE Top Load Purchased 6/20/2023. This washer is so bad I cut my losses and purchased a new washer 5/9/2024. This washer cannot balance a load. Multiple times in a single cycle you will need to adjust the load manually. It doesn’t matter what type of load (towels, blankets, clothes) the machine cannot balance. I’ve had top loaders in the past and I’ve never seen such a poorly designed machine. The 12 month warranty is essentially useless. I called Whirlpool and they sent a tech. The tech says the machine is fine. He then says the problem is with how items are loaded into the machine. He said each item has to have an opposing item of equal weight across from it to maintain balance. I asked the tech what if I needed to wash a blanket. His response was that you’d need to wash 2 blankets of equal weight and load them opposite of one another to balance the load. As for clothing there is nothing that can be done because different garments weigh different amounts and the machine needs to be perfectly balanced. Unless you are prepared to weigh your dirty laundry, strategically and mathematically load the washer tub and babysit the machine while it washes don’t bother with this machine. Save yourself a headache.

Extremely happy with this purchase. The detergent dispenser makes this a “set it and forget it”-type of wash. Clothes come out clean and bulky items like comforters, sheets, and towels are not a problem. Plenty of room in this washer.

Owning this washer is second to none of the cost. It’s nice to just put your dirty clothes in, close the lid and several minutes later open the lid and baaaam your clothes are clean. Just throw them in the dryer

Got the washer real quick. Had a little leak and Geek squad came out within a few days of calling. Couldn’t find any problems and exchanged it with no questions asked.

Excellent machine as I surprised my self it’s smart machine w/ the capabilities of phone app it is amazing , enjoying machine self cleaning and self adjusting for proper balance

A lil loud and the buttons are a lil touchy/tricky at first but overall a great machine. We shall see how long it last.

I adore the Whirlpool washing machine, it operates smoothly, leaving hardly any clothes wet.

Would give no stars if I could. Terrible washer and poorly manufactured. One of the lid hinges was installed basically scraping up with the washer metal and began rusting in the first couple weeks. Within the first couple weeks of owning it you could hear some grinding that only worsened over time. Had to manually balance the items inside on each wash or it sounded like someone was beating the machine up with a bat. Had a tech come out and look at it, the balancing rods were replaced and then the machine fully gave out in less than 2 years.

I've been looking for different brand and we still stick with Whirlpool due to the quality. Love it!

Great machine love its versatility, with a great price!

I splurged and purchased this washing machine in Oct. 2022. And I deeply regret it. This is the worst washing machine I have ever had. It not only doesn't clean my clothes, it leaves them far dirtier than when I put them in the machine - leaving lint and detergent all over them. (See attached picture of my black pants that I air dried after taking them out of the washing machine.) I have to use the highest amount of water because the clothes are never wet enough to allow them to be cleaned, and this STILL happens. Save your money. Buy something less expensive because it's not worth it if it doesn't do the one job it's meant to do. I want my 20 year old basic GE machine back.

Great product. The removable agitator is amazing. It allows me to wash my king sizes comforters with ease. I like the different features it has. Load and go is great
