Posted .We'd like to assist with the drying performance of your dryer. There are a few things we recommend trying that may help. Be sure to match the control settings to the load you are drying. Clean the lint filter before every load. It also helps to separate heavy items from lightweight items (generally, a well-sorted washer load is a well-sorted dryer load). For more troubleshooting, please see the following article on our GE Appliances website titled, "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All".

It sounds like an airplane taking off. Also do not like that the dryer does not have temperature sensor. My clothes were still damp after full dry completed.

I understand the technology is going in this direction, but it's too many slices of the same pie - just dry the clothes, and that it does.

Dissappointed in this dryer

Posted .Please ensure that the venting for your dryer is not blocked or obstructed, your loads are properly sorted, the lint filter is clean, and that the fuse and breaker for the unit are not tripped or blown as these could all keep your dryer from working properly. Over drying, overloading, or letting your items sit after the cycle is complete could cause the wrinkle matter as well. If the above tips do not resolve these things, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. One of our great technicians would be happy to investigate this matter further.
