This was fixed with the help of HP service. I replaced my Dell because I couldn't upgrade window 10.

The last one I had was extremely slow and would take forever to open any programs that I needed to use. This one did so in a matter of seconds and was exactly what I needed.

Great Computer

Great graphics & easy set up. Love the wireless mouse. I would recommend this product to anyone. Downloads are quickly done. I may want to add 1 TB later, but I'm sure that's an option for anyone who downloads as much as I do.

The RAM at 16GB is very good and also extendable to 32GB. Very Good graphics. Looks nice and compact desktop storage.

Great PC for the price

I enjoyed my Dell, but the startup took forever. This computer is on within seconds! It handles all that need it to with no problem!
