I needed the oven to be converted to propane so a specialist came out alone with the oven. Since it needed to go up two flights if stairs he asked if I could help him, which I was trying to avoid because I have a bad back. But was anxious to get this in and installed so I agreed to help. He had necessary harnesses that took a lot of pressure off my back. So can't complain. It's all good!
