Honestly I am just in love with it. I did my research and know that I wanted a M1 Chip or newer MacBook Air. The one I receive is in excellent condition. I work from home once an week and use my MacBook often along with opening up Microsoft programs. So far no issues and loving how long the battery lasts!

Purchased my refurbished 2020 m1 Air when it went on sale. I cant believe this is the entry level for Macbooks. The build quality is fantastic and the performance is better than any Windows laptop I’ve ever had.

It came in a timely manner without blemishes, basically as good as new. It performs just as expected!

I will start by saying I am posting this review strictly based on the condition and functionality of this item, as it was refurbished. I bought this refurbished laptop for my mom for her birthday next month. I did not want to spend an arm and leg, but I still wanted a quality product and that is what I got. I just unboxed this and it looks like new, except for one or two places where there is what looks like residue from a sticker or label. Also, this item powered up and I was able to set it up in just a matter of minutes. In all, I am happy with this purchase, especially when I compare the price to the Apple store either new or refurbished. Lastly, I would consider buying a refurbished Apple product from Best Buy in the future.

This replaces a previous M1 Macbook that had developed an issue with the screen, so we knew that we liked the model. The refurbished version has been as good as the original. Battery life remains very good, and it was a great price!

Sleek design, light weight, bought as refurbished but it was like new, came very well packaged, however, it was delivered in a rainy day put outside and wrong address ( next building)

Fantastic value, got this for wife entering grad program and it's served her very well.

It was a very good purchase ngl. Came with very few scratches and the display was good. Only issue is that battery health was at 85% but still not bad considering how good the batteries are. Still getting more than my Legion.
