Do not purchase Refurbished from Best Buy!

I purchased this product Sept. 29, 2025. As of yesterday, the trackpad nor keyboard work anymore...out of the blue. For a product, even a refurbished product, I would expect it to last more than 6 mo. Customer Service has been beyond disturbing as a customer for more than 15 yrs. Save yourself the frustration!
