We’ve designed our INZONE H9 headset to bring your game soundtrack to life. A symmetric acoustic structure, flexible enough to comfortably fit a variety of individual head shapes and sizes, enhances sound quality and spatial acoustic precision. The wide, soft headband cushion distributes weight evenly across your head for long-term wearing comfort.

If your voice does not reach the person during a call/your voice is low on the caller’s side, follow the guidelines below.

While connected to a game console (computer or PS5™)
• Check that both the headset and the connected device are turned on.
• Adjust the volume of the headset and the connected device. Turn up the volume if it is too low.
• Make sure the in-game voice chat output setting is set to [INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 - CHAT].
• Check the call settings of the in-game voice chat and video calling application.
• If the boom microphone of the headset is raised, lower the boom microphone and adjust its position so that it is near your mouth.
• Adjust the GAME/CHAT (game/chat balance) button to the chat side.
• Make sure that the microphone setting is set to [INZONE H9 / INZONE H7 - CHAT] in the sound settings of the computer.
• When connected to a computer, adjust the microphone volume with “INZONE Hub”.
• Connect the headset to the USB transceiver again.

Thanks for reaching out about your INZONE H9 headset. We totally understand how frustrating it is when a new headset doesn't quite fit right. We truly apologize for that experience.

Since the INZONE H9 has an adjustable headband, here's a simple trick that often helps when the overall frame feels a bit loose: try adjusting the headband to its very smallest setting by pulling the earcups up until they can't go any higher and then make sure the earcups are sitting flat and flush over your ears, as sometimes even one small click can make a huge difference in the fit.

However, we’re really sorry you’re experiencing random disconnects with the USB dongle, that shouldn’t be happening and we get how frustrating it is to keep unplugging and plugging it in.

Here are a few things you can try that often help with this issue:

1. Make sure the dongle is plugged directly into your computer’s USB port, not through a USB hub or extender.
2. Try a different USB port if possible.
