    This is the most quiet and best looking washer and dryer I’ve ever had. The first one came bent by the dryer part but a replacement came a week later. So far it has been functioning beautifully.

    LOVE THIS MACHINE! Its so sleek & gorgeous. Still trying to figure out a lot of the cycles & all. A little frustrated with the whole damp/dry automatic setting, but I’m sure I will figure it all out. For now… I just switch it to timed dry.. ESPECIALLY on TOWELS.

    After years of relying on Kenmore machines that were always reliable, I decided to try the LG WashTower. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major disappointment. The built-in intelligence constantly loses connectivity for no clear reason. The cycle options are frustratingly limited, and a normal load takes an hour by default, which feels excessive. You can’t adjust temperature on standard cycles, and the convenience of a favorite cycle memory is totally missing. Compared to Kenmore’s simplicity and reliability, the LG just falls short. The smart features aren’t worth the hassle, and in my opinion, they need a lot more refinement. Overall, I can’t recommend this machine—especially if you value straightforward, reliable performance over tech gimmicks.

    1 Star for LG. 4 Stars for BestBuy. The delivery & installation process were great. They even did a quick test to make sure everything is running ok before they leave. BUT, after they left when I removed the tape to the door that I see there's crack damage but was concealed in metallic tape to hide the damage. Terrible act by LG factory. Shame on you.
